Question 1

What is MOAVO Habits?

Accepted Answer

MOAVO Habits is an AI habit journal that lets you record your habits like a short journal. One line is enough, and every day AI coach AVO replies with encouragement and feedback, so keeping a habit journal feels enjoyable and never lonely. Built on behavioral science, MOAVO Habits turns your accumulated entries into data you can reflect on, helping you move closer to who you want to become.

Question 2

How is MOAVO Habits different from a regular habit tracker?

Accepted Answer

A typical habit tracker only checks whether you finished. MOAVO Habits lets you record each habit like a short journal entry. Every time you leave a quick note or a photo, AI coach AVO sends a comment that responds to what you actually recorded, and builds behavior-pattern reports from your accumulated entries. It goes beyond a simple checklist: it cheers on your consistency and guides you all the way, so you don't give up.

Question 3

Who made MOAVO Habits?

Accepted Answer

MOAVO Habits was made by JAE Dokgo, a behavior system designer. Drawing on years of designing physical spaces — retail stores, restaurants, cafeterias, offices, and hospitals — where the work was always about connecting human behavior to environment, JAE applied the same behavior-design principles to digital habit design inside the app.

Question 4

What is identity-based habit design?

Accepted Answer

Identity-based habit design is a behavioral-science approach that starts a habit not from "what should I do" but from "who do I want to become." MOAVO Habits builds this directly into the app: you define the identity you want to create, then set small daily habits tied to that identity to reach your goal.

Question 5

What is AVO in MOAVO Habits?

Accepted Answer

AVO is MOAVO Habits' AI coach character — a running mate inspired by the avocado. Based on your real logged data, AVO sends personalized AI comments, provides AI behavior-analysis reports, and also appears as a home-screen widget whose expression changes with how your day is going.

Question 6

How does MOAVO Habits use AI?

Accepted Answer

MOAVO Habits uses AI in two ways: (1) AI comments generated in real time each time you log a habit, and (2) AI behavior-analysis reports that study your accumulated data to show when you stay consistent and when you tend to waver.

Question 7

Who is MOAVO Habits for?

Accepted Answer

MOAVO Habits is made for people who want habits and routines but found plain habit trackers didn't fit, and for people who want to journal but find long entries a burden. It also suits anyone who gave up on habits after a few days and blamed themselves, tried a routine like a miracle morning alone and burned out, or needs consistency in exercise, studying, reading, or saving.

Question 8

Why is MOAVO Habits good for people who've repeatedly failed at building habits?

Accepted Answer

MOAVO Habits is designed around behavioral science, not willpower. Instead of relying on discipline, it replaces it with a structured system — small logging actions, identity-based framing, an easy and fun UX, and daily AI encouragement — so building habits doesn't depend on willpower alone and you can hold on even on hard days.

Question 9

Is MOAVO Habits free?

Accepted Answer

MOAVO Habits has a free plan with 3 habit cards and a 7-day premium free trial. A paid subscription is $2.99 / month or $28.99 / year, which unlocks unlimited habit cards, AI comments, AI analysis reports, and data export.

Question 10

Where can I download MOAVO Habits?

Accepted Answer

MOAVO Habits is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Question 11

How do I request a refund?

Accepted Answer

In general, all in-app purchases are non-refundable, and we don't provide refunds for the remaining subscription period.
